There are few things more enjoyable to me than a good read, a good talk or a good cup of coffee, blogging often involves all three.

I’m a 22 year old university senior on hiatus from school. I attended a private non-denominational university in Tulsa, Oklahoma where I received my theological formation and came to discover the joys of the Catholic Church while I was in undergrad.

I am in the process of converting to Roman Catholicism at the moment, but it is a decision I have been making for 3 years now. I have been in process of this decision for a long time and I’ve finally decided to write about it, as I come home to Rome. This blog is different from my other two, since it’s more practical. It’ll be little snippets of real life, with some thoughts and pastoral theology along the way, but mostly, it’ll just be a journal.

This is a side project to my main blog, at which I blog about politics, theology, and spirituality.

and my Catholic Theology side-project.

I am also the winner of the Father Christian/ Elizabeth Esther Nobel Prize as given by Fr. Christian.

If you desire to contact me directly, you have a few options.  The first (and preferred) option is to leave a comment on the post.  This mode of contacting me allows others to engage your thoughts and mine in real time, and it allows us to explore answers together.

The second, for personal or business reasons and what-have-you, is to email me at e.silva501[at]gmail[dot]com.

For questions regarding guest blogging, or generally longer or more personal content, i’d prefer emails, and for discussion and clarifications, let’s keep it on the blog.

Thanks for reading,
